If you’re a new patient, we want to make sure that you feel as comfortable and at-ease as possible when you come in for your first appointment with Dr. Hogan and his team of chiropractors. That’s why we’ve created this online new patient portal that’s loaded with useful resources to help you prepare for your first appointment.
What to Expect With Your Chiropractor
We typically take a three-step approach to chiropractic care for our new patients. We begin by addressing the cause of your pain or any symptoms you may be experiencing; from there, we move onto corrective/restorative care, which focuses on treating the root cause of your symptoms. Eventually, our goal is to work our way to wellness care, which occurs when your body has fully healed and we continue with periodic adjustments and other appointments to help maintain your overall health and wellness.
Online Forms
We understand that it can be frustrating to show up to a first appointment, only to spend the first half hour filling out paperwork in the waiting room. That’s why we’ve made all of our new patient paperwork available on our website, so you can take the time to view, print, and fill out any necessary paperwork before your first appointment. Then, just bring your completed paperwork to your appointment and we’ll take it from there! This helps to ensure that once you arrive for your appointment, you’re able to see our chiropractic team as soon as possible without having to wait around to fill out paperwork.
Payment Options
Another common question many of our new patients have is in regards to our accepted payment options here in our office. If you’re on an insurance plan, rest assured that we accept most insurance plans. However, we do typically recommend that you give our office a call prior to scheduling your appointment so that we can confirm that you’re covered under your insurance. We don’t want you to experience any surprise costs.
If you don’t have insurance or if your insurance plan doesn’t offer much in the way of chiropractic care, we offer a variety of affordable and flexible payment plans to suit your needs. We believe that everybody deserves chiropractic care regardless of their insurance or finances, so we will always work to help you find the most affordable and cost-effective option.
